Terms of Idea Submission
We welcome all thoughtful and innovative ideas. We will balance all idea submissions with Minute Man’s strategic initiatives to see if the idea is a good fit for Minute Man’s Roadmap. It is possible that your idea may not be selected, but we encourage you to continue submitting ideas. We’ll be sure to provide feedback and status on all top ideas with the most promise for future success within our brand.
You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents along with related intellectual property rights will automatically become the property of Minute Man, without any compensation of any kind owed to you; (2) Minute Man may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis; (3) there is no obligation for Minute Man to review the submissions; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential. You also agree that: (4) you will not use this form to submit complaints, harass, demean or otherwise cause harm to Minute Man employees, customers, or management. This page is to be used only for the submission of ideas to help improve Minute Man without causing harm, submitting complaints, accusing customers, employees or management of wrong doing or negligence, or reporting violations of policy, statute or law. In such instances, Minute Man teammates are directed to work with their supervisor, manager, or next higher authority in accordance with Minute Man policy and procedures.
Any feedback you provide at this site will be deemed to be non-confidential and not proprietary. Minute Man will be free to use and redistribute such information on an unrestricted basis, without any obligation of compensation to you. Unless otherwise determined by Minute Man management in the evaluation of your ideasubmission, you’ll be compensated with the satisfaction of knowing that you thought of it first 😊
