Minute Man Burgers—Relaunching Arkansans’ Most Beloved Burger Chain
In 1957, the first Minute Man opened. Some 60 years later, we’re at it again, giving Arkansans the taste they crave and introducing a new generation to our unmistakable flavors. Set to launch our first Minute Man store in over 40 years, we’re bringing back all the great menu items you loved and some new ones you and your kids will fall in love with.

Our first store will open in July of 2020 in Little Rock, but it’s only the beginning. We’ve partnered with Ms. Linda McGoogan, the owner of the last remaining Minute Man in El Dorado, Arkansas, to bring our delicious burgers to folks across the state. And we’re doing it Ms. Linda’s way. She’s owned Minute Man #14, as it’s known, for over 40 years, and we trust her to make sure we get every recipe right. Don’t worry, we made sure to get the famous Minute Man Radar Pie just the way you like it. The excitement around our launch has us excited, but with eyes on the future, we’re thrilled to bring Minute Man to even more cities across the state.
